REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT PROCEDURE 

Please follow the instruction to complete your registration. You can choose one price category corresponding to your profile and fill-in the form. You can then proceed to payment and ask for a bill during the procedure. Should you have any question about the payment procedure, please contact (ipag.lab@ipag.fr).

ONLINE REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

Early bird registration is June 06, 2023

The registration system closes on June 30, 2023

REGISTRATION FEES

• Academic Staff (early bird): €300
  
• Academic Staff (full fees): €350
• PhD Student (early bird): €250
• PhD Student (full fees): €300
• Professionals (early bird): €350
• Professionals (full fees): €400

The fee includes conference materials, coffee breaks, lunch buffets, and a gala dinner. 

ACCOMPANYING PERSON

The accompanying person fee: €200. This fee is for a participant's accompanying partner who wants to attend the conference's gala dinner. This fee does NOT allow for attendance in the scientific program. For your registration, please follow the same procedure as for presenting authors and select the "Accompanying person fee" category.  

By Credit Card: You will automatically get a ticket allowing you to attend the conference and its activities. The ticket also serves as a confirmation of your registration. 

By Bank Transfer: You can take the option "Reservation" during the procedure instead of paying by credit card. The registration will be finalized and confirmed once we receive your payment. Please indicate "IRMBAM-2023-NAME-SURNAME" as a reference and send proof of bank transfer to (ipag.lab@ipag.fr). Bank charges have to be paid by you.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

50% of the conference fee will be charged to all registered individuals who withdraw before the registration deadline (June 6, 2023). No refunds are available on or after that date.
